BRAINTREE TOWN produced a superb five-star display to thrash Cheshunt 5-0 in National League South.
Aaron Blair gave the Iron a perfect start at Theobalds Lane, after scoring in the eighth minute.
And it was 2-0 soon after, following Alfie Matthews' penalty.
Braintree bagged a third goal in the 13th minute, thanks to an intricate team goal.
It was finished off by Lamar Reynolds, after Blair had unselfishly passed it across the front of the goal.
Angelo Harrop's side went in at half-time in control and it got even better for them, on the hour mark.
Reynolds rolled the ball across the box from wide on the left into the path of Alfie Payne, who stroked the ball home.
Braintree wrapped up victory with 13 minutes remaining through substitute Ben Fowkes, who cut in from the left and unleashed a right-foot piledriver into the top corner.
