FORMER Colchester schoolboy Elkan Baggott has joined Cheltenham Town on loan.
The 20-year-old defender, who attended St Benedict's Catholic College, has signed for the League One club on loan Ipswich Town until the end of the season.
Baggott told the Cheltenham Town FC website: "I'm delighted to be here. I'm ready to get going, and help in the best way I can to assure we stay in this league.
"I want to help out at both ends of the pitch. Obviously I need to do my defensive work, but I want to chip in and help add goals too."

The centre-back signed a new three-year deal at Portman Road in June last year.
Baggott was the first Indonesian to play in the English Football League when he made his Ipswich league debut in a game at Rotherham United in April, 2022.
He has won 12 full caps with Indonesia.
