COLCHESTER United were beaten 2-0 at Forest Green Rovers, on Tuesday night.

The U's lost out at the Fully Charged New Lawn, after goals from Jamille Matt and Josh March gave the leaders victory.

Played better than at Walsall and Crawley, mind you we couldn’t have done any worse than we did there. Central defence awful and past their best, played too narrow, useless playing one up front. Need a change of manager now before it’s really too late

Yet again we failed to capitalise on our chances, they took theirs. After our games in hand we will get a realistic idea of where we stand. It’s all well having the possibility of points till we actually get them. On the plus side the white shirt blue shorts combo looked good.

This squad, under the current management and ownership would be mid table in the National League at best.

Groundhog Day. Toothless up front without Sears, the senior professionals not showing leadership and the hapless and hopeless Smith makes another howler. Never has the on field and off field disconnect between fan, team, management and board been higher. Having smug statements from a Chairman who has taken the club from the top half of the Championship to the brink of the conference is inflammatory and reeks of a lack of respect. I think the days of home game boycotts and public vilification of Cowling et all are getting close

In a vacuum (+ ignoring a ridiculous lapse from Smith) it was a decent display against a team a cut above the rest of the league. Andrews looked good but a few seem to be sleepwalking so would like starts for Dallison + Tovide soon as well as a look at Sayer in 1st team

Problems on and off the pitch, Can't score goals, losing too many games, haven't won away in the league since Barrow in September unless something happens now we are going to need a an absolute miracle to stay in this league but atm everything is poor from top to bottom

Will

In general i honestly don’t care if we’ve played better/had more chances/deserved something this game/improved from last week. the fact is we are losing and the results is all that matters at the end of the season. we are being ruined by the management top to bottom of the club

Simple, change is needed.

What else is their to say that hasn’t been said before. Absolutely disgusting what’s happened to our club.

Mullins team selection every week is just simply terrible. 343 with judge who can’t run out wideFace with tears of joy. It’s laughable how bad he is at managing. Cowling thinks we shouldn’t be ambitious aswell. No longer our club
