The 28-year-old has previous for starting blazes and also breached a Criminal Behaviour Order intended to stop him carrying lighters in public.

PERVERT Nicholas Fisk was jailed for two years after officers found depraved indecent images and videos of children on his phone.

He was jailed for a total of three-and-a-half years.
TWO men and a teenager were handed more than 70 years in jail after a three-on-one knife attack.
Donald Adu, 25, Calvin Armstrong, 22, and Ermias Yohannes, 16, repeatedly stabbed the victim after mistakenly thinking he had robbed one of their drug dealing associates.
