A CITY centre fast food restaurant is hoping to serve its burgers until the early hours of the morning.

The burger bar is currently open between 11am and 11pm seven days a week, but the eatery is now hoping to extend its opening hours until 4am.
Residents can comment on the restaurant’s licensing application until April 18.
Colchester is Brim Burgers’ seventh location in England, and its website reveals it is also planning to open three more branches elsewhere in the country.
