DANNY Cowley wants his Colchester United side to ensure they make it a ‘brilliant’ Easter - by winning at Tranmere Rovers today.
The U’s travel up to Prenton Park in confident mood, following their 2-1 triumph over Newport County, on Good Friday.
It was a vital win for Colchester, who remain a point above the League Two relegation zone, with eight games remaining.

Cowley said: “It’s an important game for us.
“It’s been a good Easter to this point but we can make it a brilliant Easter.
"For us, the focus and concentration is on what we do.
"We've had 12 games now and we've taken points in ten.
"We've been really consistent for quite a period of time."
Cowley has some selection decisions to make ahead of the Tranmere clash, particularly after his substitutes made a big impact against Newport.
Samson Tovide and Ellis Iandolo in particular both impressed off the bench and are pushing for a start at Prenton Park, as are Tom Hopper, Noah Chilvers and Fiacre Kelleher after coming on as substitutes against the Exiles.
Cowley said: "We were hoping that we would have Samson from the start (against Newport) but he hadn't trained until the day before the game.
"We had to protect him.
"He's such an infectious character and his personality alone just lifts the whole stadium.
"He fights for everything and when your number nine plays with that tenacity and energy and enthusiasm, it's so infectious."
Iandolo's equaliser for Colchester against Newport came from a Cameron McGeehan corner, following input from assistant head coach Nicky Cowley.
Cowley added: "It was good to score from a set piece.
"I think we're top of the set piece expected goals, which means absolutely nothing unless you actually score the goals.
"For us to actually score from a corner was really, really good.

"Credit to Nicky (Cowley) because there'd been an injury just before and Arthur (Read) had been taking them.
"We used Cam (McGeehan) for a certain inswinging corner and we changed that in that moment.
"It was a great delivery from Cam and a good finish by Ellis, at the back post."
