WORK is set to start on a housing development in Wivenhoe.
Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey will start work on its Wyvern Place development later in the spring and plans to start selling homes later this year.

The development, on land behind Broadfields, will include a mix of 115 one-to four-bed homes, including 35 properties on affordable housing schemes.
Lane and planning director David Pelle said Taylor Wimpey is grateful to local residents who helped shape the approved blueprints.
He added: “We look forward to getting on site shortly, and to sharing details about the first homes available for sale in the coming months.”
