PADLOCKS are being introduced for lockers at Colchester’s Leisure World.
The centre, in Cowdray Avenue, has begun to change the lockers for the leisure pool.
Customers will now need a combination padlock to use the lockers.
These can be purchased at the reception desk for £5.
Swimmers have been warned not to bring their own padlock with a key as they will not be able to bring the key into the pool.
A spokesman added: “During the changeover period some lockers will continue to be £1 coin/token operated.
“Therefore, please also bring either a coin or token with you.”
