OLYMPIAN Lucy Renshall take a masterclass to junior and adult classes at Colchester Judo Club.
Renshall, who competed in the women's 63kg event at the Tokyo Olympics for Great Britain this summer, passed on her skills to the different classes.
Her visit was part of the British Judo Association' Tokyo roadshow.
Colchester Judo Club have been running since 1974 and have had a couple of other high-profile players attend over the past few years.
Since the Covid pandemic, they took up the opportunity to inspire their members and give them an inspiring exciting session.
They were delighted to see all the juniors and seniors engaging in a masterclass.
Colchester Judo Club have many females of all ages at their club, so to have a female coach for the night was very inspiring to them.
