HALSTEAD and Essex Uni Boxing Club stage their first show at their boxing gym on Sunday.
They are looking to impress with four of their rising stars in attendance - Louie Palmer, brothers Taylor and Reegan Jackson-Smith and light heavyweight Joe Bonito.
Other local clubs will be in attendance, including Rayne, Canvey Island, Dagenham, Peterborough Police.
Doors open at 12.15pm at their venue in Factory Lane West, CO9 1EX and hope for a capacity ground.
Tickets and on the door entrance cost £15 adults and £5 for children under 16 years old.
This will be a good test for the venue and if it works well, another show every month will be on the cards up to December this year.
The boxing fraternity has been anxious to get back to what they enjoy.
It has been a hard 18 months waiting for things to try to get back to normal, after Covid.
