East Bridge, in East Street near Colchester town centre, will undergo carriageway repairs next month.

Works will include waterproofing the bridge deck and resurfacing the carriageway along East Street, which has been labelled by residents as the most potholed street in the town.

The first closure will take place between 10am and 3pm on Monday, September 6, and is needed for preparation works.
