A POPULAR bar in Colchester town centre has announced it will be reopening this month.
Trotters Bar, in Middleborough, will be reopening to outside drinkers and diners on Thursday, April 15.
Under the Government's roadmap out of lockdown hospitality venues can reopen outside spaces from April 12.
Trotters said on Facebook: "We are very pleased to announce that after a long time off we will be opening back up again on Thursday April 15th.
"It will be table service, outside seating only, card payments only and the rule of six will apply.
"We will be taking bookings for our benches outside for lunch times and evenings as of now."

Lunchtime food will be served between 12noon and 2.30pm and in the afternoon and evening from 4pm.
Takeaway food from nearby restaurants can also be ordered to eat on the tables outside with plates and cutlery provided.
