MERSEA Rhinos and Sudbury Talbots fielded depleted sides at a windswept Youth Camp.
But it was the hosts that made the best of the conditions scoring ten tries in this Suffolk League division one encounter to win 60-5.
Playing into the wind in the first half, and at their backs in the second, the Rhinos dominated play.
Good attacking angles, excellent support and defence won the day for the home side.
The Rhinos try scorers were Amos Biudole (3), Andy Khan (3), Roger Newton (2), Rob Pickard and Glen Calvert.
Rhinos captain Adrian Evans kicked five conversions.
