NORTH Essex athletes had a successful time at the Essex Track & Field Championships held at Melbourne Park.
A full round-up and pictures can be found in Friday's Daily Gazette but in the meantime, here are two videos of victories from north Essex athletes.
The first is of Jordan Rowe time-trialling to a win in the under-20 men's 1,500m final, while the second sees his Colchester Harriers' team-mate Jake Young win a thrilling 800m final.
