HEYBRIDGE SWIFTS are looking over their shoulder again to avoiding relegation.
Their two-goal defeat by Ramsgate on Saturday has left Swifts with a worry or two again, following three magnificent results which saw them looking upwards at a possible Ryman League, premier division promotion play-off berth.
Boss Brian Statham insisted only one thing will be on his mind from now until the end of the season and he said: "It is important that we retain our premier division status.
"I'm looking no further than that.
"It's nice that the players can have a sneak view at making the play-offs and I'm sure most of them believe they could do well playing in a higher division.
"But with the injuries and other problems I've had at the club this season, my priority is, and always has been, to maintain our premier division status."
