FC CLACTON notched their third straight victory after winning 2-0 at Newmarket Town tonight.
Kevin Coyle gave them an eighth-minute lead in the Thurlow Nunn League premier division contest at Cricket Field Road.
An own goal then doubled their lead late in the first half.
Tonight's win was the Seasiders' third in a row, after victories at Haverhill Rovers and Fakenham Town.
Their next two matches are also away - at Mildenhall Town on Saturday and Stanway Rovers on Easter Monday.
