Phil Ifil has admitted he is disappointed to have left Colchester United.
But the departing U’s star is determined to bounce back, after departing the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Ifil has left Colchester after two and a half years, after new boss John Ward decided against offering him a new deal.
His contract expired at the end of the season but it had looked as though the former Spurs player would stay at the U’s.
