A NEW date has been been fixed for Colchester United’s Essex Senior cup final.
The U’s will take on AFC Hornchurch at Bridge Avenue on Tuesday, August 3, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
The game was due to be played in March at Dagenham & Redbridge FC between the Ryman League Premier Division side and a team from the Coca-Cola Football League One outfit but was postponed due to a severely waterlogged pitch.
Admission will be priced at £10 for adults, with concessions at £5 and accompanied under 16s gaining entry for just £2.
Tickets purchased for the previously scheduled final will not be accepted, under any circumstances, on the new date.
However, supporters who require a refund should return their unused ticket with a brief covering letter by post, or by hand during the club’s usual opening hours, to: The Ticket Office, Dagenham & Redbridge FC, The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham Stadium, Victoria Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM10 7XL.
