Ipswich Town grabbed a morale-boosting 3-2 victory at home to arch rivals Norwich City.
The Canaries took the lead when Reading loanee David Mooney headed home a free-kick from Sammy Clingan.
But Ipswich were level inside ten minutes when Pablo Counago and Giovani Dos Santos combined to tee up Alan Quinn, who slotted a low effort past goalkeeper David Marshall.
After an even first half, Town were on top after the break and Dos Santos converted a penalty after Marshall tripped Kevin Lisbie.
Jon Stead made it three right at the end, slotting home from a tight angle on the left, but Clingan pulled one back from the spot after a push by Quinn on Alan Lee.
