TWO third-placed finishes lifted Mersea sailor Saskia Clark to fifth position on day four of the Princess Sofia Trophy in Majorca.
Clark, together with skipper Christina Bassadone, improved from an overnight tenth placing in the women's 470 Class in Palma.
The two thirds brought the British pairing's points total to 50, 14 off top duo, Italy's Giulia Conti and Giovanna Micol and 13 away from Spain's second-placed team of Natalia Via-Dufresne and Laia Tutzó.
Holland's Marcelien De Koning and Lobke Berkhout are third on 40 points, with racing due to continue today and a medal race taking place tomorrow.
