SIX members of Great Bentley Running Club competed at the Brentwood Half-Marathon and were rewarded with two personal best times.
In a field of more than 2,000 runners, Kevin Jeffries and Kevin Cox both ran this race to further their London marathon training.
Jeffries led the Bentley team across the finish line in a personal best (PB) time of one hour 25 minutes 15 seconds for 83rd place, while Cox was close behind in 95th place in 1h 26m 04s, beating his previous PB by more than seven minutes.
