Shane Supple has suffered an injury blow - ruling him out of international duty with the Republic of Ireland.
The Ipswich Town goalkeeper was hoping to win his first Under-21 cap in their friendly against Sweden in Uppsala on Friday.
However, he has been forced to pull out of the squad and will stay behind to get treatment at Portman Road.
Billy Clarke and Owen Garvan are both still in the squad for the Sweden match and for the European Under-21 Championship qualifier with England in Cork next Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Town boss Jim Magilton has confirmed that former Polish international defender Marcin Adamski will spend time on trial with the Blues.
