Jim Magilton has issued a challenge to his Ipswich Town players on the eve of the new Coca-Cola Championship season.
The Blues boss is demanding a top-ten finish - and at the very least wants them to finish higher than last season (14th).
Town kick-off their new campaign with a home clash against Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow (kick-off 3pm).
And Magilton - who played for the Owls before arriving at Portman Road - said: "We've got to finish higher than last season. Anything less will not do.
"A top-ten place is where I want to be and that is the aim.
"I'd like to be pushing for the top six or top two, but let's get into the top ten first and then push on from there."
