George O'Callaghan insists he and his Ipswich Town team-mates are still firmly behind boss Jim Magilton.
The Blues are enduring a torrid time, having lost five games in a row and not scored in their last six.
Their misery was compounded by a 1-0 defeat at Southampton on Saturday, leaving them 17th in the Coca-Cola Championship and only four points above third-from-bottom Barnsley.
Afterwards O'Callaghan pledged his support for Magilton and said: "I really feel for him at the moment.
"He puts so much work in and it's an absolute pleasure having him as manager.
"All the lads are right behind him and hopefully we can finally get things right in our next match, against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday."
