A half-naked man exposed himself to a woman near a duck pond in Witham.
At about 6:40am on Tuesday June 28, a man walked out of the bushes wearing only a polo-style shirt and boots, near the duck pond, in River Walk, close to Guithavon Road, Witham.
The man was seen by a woman walking along River Walk, and after a couple of seconds he walked back in the undergrowth. He is described as white, aged in his mid to late 20s, around 6ft tall, of slim build, tanned, with short fair hair, wearing a royal blue polo-style shirt and black working boots. Sgt Ken Midwinter said: "This type of incident is very rare in Witham, and police are anxious to identify the perpetrator as soon as possible."
