Suspected sex offender may be in Essex
Officers have released the mugshot of a suspected sex offender who may be in Essex.
Spencer Philip Clark, 47, is wanted by Northumbria Police on suspcicion of sexually assaulting 14-year-old.
He is alleged to have met her on dating website in 2003 and sexually assaulted her at a city centre hotel.
The woman made the allegation in 2009.
