Man arrested after reports of someone wielding an axe in Burnham
A MAN has been charged following an arrest made in Burnham.
Luke Faulkner, 25, unemployed, of Glebe Way, Burnham, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon, assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty and possession of a class B drug.
He was arrested at The Anchor Hotel on The Quay at 6pm on Monday.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today, June 22.
