Plans in pipeline for 52 Latchingdon homes
Decision time is just a couple of months away for plans for a new housing estate.
Gary and Julie Sharp submitted a planning application to Maldon District Council on April 21.
The couple are looking to build 52 detached, semi-detahced and terraced houses and flats on land west of Bridgemans Green, Latchingdon.
The council aims to make a decision on the plans by July 21.
