There is still time to sign up for the Holmes and Hills 10th annual charity bike ride.
It will take place on September 13 and there are three routes to choose from - 11miles, 26 miles or 53 miles.
It will start and finish from the Halstead office on Trinity Street, with a complimentary after-ride barbecue for riders.
A rest and snack stop will be at Finchingfield Village Hall.
Lobb's Cycles will also be on hand with bike repairs.
All entrance fees will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
Adults is £12, under 16s £6 and a family or two adults and two children under 16 is £30.
