Discussions are still ongoing over the future of the Colne Valley Railway.

The railway is being forced to relocate after the landowner announced he no longer wanted it on the land, in Castle Hedingham, at the beginning of April.

The Colne Valley Railway Preservation Society is still in talks about the 25 sites they could possible move to.

A Facebook page called “Save Colne Valley Railway” has more than 3,600 likes.

**The railway is still open and operating as normal.

On Sunday and Monday Peppa Pig will be at the railway.

Entrance is £9 for adults, £7 for seniors, £5 for children or a family ticket for two adults and up to three children for £28.

Dogs are £2.

The railway is open between 10.30am and 5pm with last admission at 3.30pm.
