Police are on the look-out for a suspected flasher who has been spotted several times peering into people's homes.

In the latest case the "creepy" individual ran off after being disturbed by a dog-walker as he spied on a woman in her pyjamas.

The man, thought to be in his late teens or early 20s, was seen leering at a woman through a downstairs window in Bental Close in Halstead on January 9.

PCSO Gemma Cheek said: “We received a call just before 8pm that a man had been seen looking through the windows of houses in the area of Bental Close.

“Officers did search the area but couldn’t find anybody.

“If anyone believes they have seen this man they should call police straight away.”
