SHOPPERS got a taste of Italy when a special market came to town bringing produce from across the Mediterranean country.
Travelling food market Italian Piazza set up in Town Square, Clacton, all day on Saturday and Sunday.
Stalls were packed full of produce sourced from the roots of Calabria, famous for its chillies, to the port city of Geneva, known for pesto, and everywhere in between.
A vast range of meats, cheeses, breads and other Italian produce was also on offer.
The market was organised by the Clacton Town Partnership in an effort to encourage people to visit and shop in the town.
