RUINED: Plants and solar lights were ripped up
A THUG has ruined a garden in Braintree by ripping up plants.
They ripped out and damaged two solar lights from the garden in Coldnailhurst Avenue, and they also ripped out plants.
It happened between 10am and 3.30pm on July 8.
