STAFF and residents held a swinging sixties party to celebrate the 50th anniversary of a care home.
Park View care home in Kings Chase, Witham, was built in 1965.
Activities co-ordinator Diane Anderson said: “Everyone dressed up in a sixties theme, we had live entertainment and the staff did a doughnut eating competition.
“We had the barbecue on and there was singing and dancing. It was a really good day.
“Quite a lot of families came down to support us.”
