Care home applies to build new staff room
A care home company has applied for permission to build a staff room to serve 12 new residential units in Braintree.
Fern Lodge Care Home, in Broad Road, was given permission to build the new flats by Braintree Council in August last year.
The company now wants to build a single storey unit measuring 4.8m by 5.3m, and approximately 3m high, after advice from Essex County Council.
