Police continue to investigate Braintree rape
Police are still investigating allegations of a rape in Braintree town centre.
The woman, in her 40s, was attacked in School Walk on Saturday, July 12, at about 1.55am after meeting a man in The Lounge bar.
A police spokesman said they have reviewed CCTV footage and the investigation is ongoing.
