SEVEN people needed hospital treatment after a two car crash.
A Vauxhall Astra and Fiat Punto were in collision on Harwich Road, Great Bromley, at 12.30pm on Saturday.
Police and paramedics attended the crash along with two fire crews from Colchester and one from Weeley.
Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to release a woman who was trapped.
