Families are facing a miserable Christmas after a festive savings company went into administration.
Customer and agent Nicola Seager, husband Michael and children were awaiting the delivery of Christmas goodies from national company Farepak within the next few weeks.
Mrs Seager, who also works as an agent for the company, was devastated to learn Farepak had gone into administration and there would be no hampers and no refunds.
She has lost about £600 personally and about another £800 for her two customers.
