Today the first councillor will be voted out of a competition aimed at getting young people interested in politics.
I'm A Councillor, Get Me Out Of Here, began last Monday and six borough councillors have been speaking to pupils from the town's 12 secondary schools about issues which are important to the youngsters.
Using a specially-created website - see below - young people can ask questions of the councillors and decide which one they think should leave, in a Big Brother-style eviction.
Every day another councillor will be voted off until only one remains - they will be named as champion on October 20.
