A former Iron Maiden guitarist will play a fundraising gig in Wivenhoe, organised by the mayor.
Dennis Stratton played with Iron Maiden on their self-titled first album and their first British TV appearance on Top of the Pops.
The event, in aid of the mayor’s fund, will start at 3pm on April 21, at the William Loveless Hall.
Tickets are £5 each and can be obtained through the council office on 01206 822864.
