Get-tough housing chiefs have joined a national crusade against antisocial behaviour on UK estates.
Bosses at Colne Housing Society in Colchester made the pledge backing the Government-driven Respect Agenda after they met Whitehall officials to discuss the issue.
They vowed that a crackdown on nuisance behaviour in their neighbourhoods would be made a "top priority" after listening to Government experts discuss ways to tackle the problem at a conference at Layer Marney Tower.
