Two friends showed off their culinary skills when they took part in a television cooking show.
Sally Pitham, of Dovercourt and Claire Sidney, of Ramsey, were lucky enough to be selected to appear on Ready Steady Cook, hosted by Ainsley Harriott.
Mrs Pitham, who works for DFDS Seaways, said: "It was my idea. Claire and I both enjoy cooking and are always comparing things. I was watching Ready Steady Cook and saw something I Iiked."
