WORK on building nearly 250 homes on the site of the former Severalls Hospital will begin on Monday after a row over access was resolved.
Last Friday, Colchester Council issued a temporary stop notice to developer Crest Nicholson, which had started preliminary work on the 248-home first phase of the development.
But now, following talks with local councillors and officers, work is due to kick off again next week.
