NEXT week is self care week.
Residents are being urged to take advantage of support offered by the NHS to try and reduce hospital admissions.
The focus is on people with long term conditions and their carers.
Residents are also being asked to remember free pharmacist advice is available.
Dr Pamela Chrispin, medical director of the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, said: “Self Care Week is an important way of reminding people how the NHS can support them in taking care of themselves.
