A WOMAN was rushed to hospital after falling unconscious on a bus following a drug overdose.
The 33-year-old local woman is currently in a stable condition after being cared for by the driver and passengers before an ambulance crew arrived.
The incident took place on a Cedric Coaches bus from Colchester to Brightlingsea, which stopped at Victoria Place at about 6pm yesterday when treatment was provided.
