THE sponsors of the X Factor have donated four tickets to the show’s live final to Brightlingsea’s Christmas shopping event.
Talk Talk, which sponsors the ITV talent show, has given organisers two pairs of tickets and donated thousands of pounds.
The tickets will be raffled off ahead of Brightlingsea’s late-night shopping event on December 2.
Raffle tickets cost £1 each and are available from Spirals in Victoria Place, Brian House Newsagents in High Street, Chapman Jewellers in Victoria Place and Cellar Clocks and Antiques in Marshes Yard.
The closing date for buying raffle tickets is Saturday, November 26, and the winners will be drawn the next day.
Des Rowson, chairman of Brightlingsea Business Association, which organises the town’s late night shopping, said: “Prizes don’t come much better than this.
“We hope it will help us make this popular event better than ever with many new attractions on the night.”
Money raised at the event will go to charities.
