Is it me of have the commuters of Colchester given up the ghost?
Has everyone not noticed that, courtesy of the timetable changes in mid- December, we are all faced with busier, less-frequent trains and an increased journey time into London?
For such pleasure, we have been asked to pay increased fares.
In what other industry would the service provider make changes to the offering and request an increased price without consulting the customer?
The maxim “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” clearly applies to the timetable changes which, of little surprise to anyone, have done little to improve the service.
I have already amassed in excess of a day’s work due to delays this year.
Am I alone in thinking that doing and saying nothing can only lead to more misery?
