I WONDER how many people from Essex are fed up with how we are portrayed on television.
The stupid programme, The Only Way Is Essex, makes us out to be emptyheaded, silicone-inflated, blow-up dolls. Many men and women are nothing like this.
I don’t know anyone who wears white stilettos. It’s shallow and making a parody of our beautiful county.
I’m a country girl. I don’t talk like a Londoner. The people I know are country folk and the women are nothing like those portrayed on television.
Let’s look to the lovelier parts of Essex and not those I call greater London.
