Col U fans have called for handrails to be installed at the Community Stadium after a support fell down and injured himself.

The 20-year-old U's fan tumbled down several flights of steps before coming to a crashing stop at the bottom.

The fan was treated for a suspected spinal injury, but the Gazette understands that he suffered only facial bruising.

Several comments and emails have been sent to the Gazette calling for handrails to be installed at the ground.
