GAZETTE readers are being given the opportunity to win a sneak peek inside Colchester’s Firstsite building.
The iconic gallery is expected to be opened to the public by September 2011, but lucky readers will be given a guided tour around the new building as it nears completion.
Kate Hawkins, head of marketing and communications, said: “We would like to offer ten pairs of tickets to Gazette readers over 16 for a sneaky peek site tour.
“The tour will last for approximately half an hour, and will be a fantastic opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at this breathtaking new building, and discover the diverse benefits it will bring to the people of Colchester.”
Tours will be staggered between 10am and 4pm on September 25, and the winners will be able to choose a time slot convenient for them.
Due to health and safety regulations, people under the age of 16 will not be allowed on site, and there is, as yet, no wheelchair access.
The First ten people to text the words SNEAKY PEEK to 07872 541990 by noon on Tuesday will be invited to take a tour.
